By purchasing from PetPerson you agree to the following terms.

Orders & payment

All prices are in USD. Payment is processed securely by Stripe at checkout. We reserve the right to cancel and refund any order (for example, if an item is out of stock or a listing error occurs).

Shipping

We ship within the United States. Shipping is calculated by hat count at checkout: $6.99 for one hat, $9.99 for two, $11.99 for three, $13.99 for four — and free on orders of $50 or more.

Returns & exchanges

Unworn hats in original condition can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the item price; return shipping is the buyer's responsibility. Email hello@petperson.com to start a return.

All designs, logos, and site content are property of PetPerson and may not be reproduced without permission. These terms may be updated from time to time; the version posted here applies to your order.
